In order to get better corrosion resistance,outstanding electrical conductivity,excellent mechanical properties,low energy consumption,long service life of copper anode electrode,the lead and titanium based anodes electrochemical properties were studied comparatively in this study.In this study,the electrochemical performance and mechanics hardness test of Pb-0.1%Ca-1.5% Sn anode were investigated by weight-loss method,galvanostatic polarization and EIS,CV and CP in different concentrations of sulfuric acid solution or in different mass concentration of Cl-sulfate solution.The effect and principle of Pb-0.1%Ca-1.5%Sn anode were desmontrated and analyzed.A large number of experimental results indicated that Cl-was introduced in sulfuric acid solution,and an oxidation peak?Cl-?Cl2?was confirmed.With the increasing of Cl-,the oxygen evolution anode potential of Pb-0.1%Ca-1.5%Sn anode increased at the beginning and then decreased,the corrosion current within a certain range reduced after rising firstly,corrosion rate firstly lifted and thenlowered.After the constant current polarized 12 h,the Pb-0.1%Ca-1.5%Sn anode was mainly composed of PbO2,PbSO4 and PbO·PbSO4.Cl-could also inhibit the formation of PbO.PbSO4 in the lead calcium tin anode,which promoted the formation of PbO2 and PbSO4.Thus,they increased the corrosion of the anode.Cl-was involved in the copper sulfate solution.However,instead of decreasing of oxidation and reduction peaks,the corrosion of current decreased gradually with the gradual increase of Cl-concentration in Pb-0.1%Ca-1.5%Sn anode,the corrosion rate was slow down,the impedance spectrum in the radius of curvature was elevate,surface activity was less as well.In this paper,the anode of titanium dioxide was prepared by thermal decomposition from the perspective of industrial practice.This study compared the energy consumption of the cni-plate in the electrodeposition copper and the production of the copper,etc.By comparison,the voltage of the titanium base plate was about 5% less than the lead anode in the electrodeposition copper,and the copper production was about 30% higher than the anode.
