| With the depletion of phosphate rock rich resources,low-grade phosphate rock has become the focus of research,conventional flotation on the low-grade phosphate rock in the fine-grained part of the recovery effect has been unsatisfactory,and the flotation column is an efficient floating the separation of equipment,especially for fine-grained efficient recovery has some advantages,therefore,the system of research column flotation technology in the use of low-grade phosphate rock sorting,to strengthen the fine-grained P2O5 recovery,to improve and strengthen the fine-grained of low-grade phosphate rock efficient flotation has a certain research significance and application value.ZGL and WBL of low-grade phosphate rock insertting fine grain in two typical phosphate rock areas of Guizhou,The flotation column parameters and the flotation system were investigated by column flotation test,and the flotation test with the flotation machine in the grinding products and flotation products particle size distribution were compared and analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The contents of P2O5 and MgO in ZGL phosphate samples were 22.88% and 6.69%,respectively.The grinding fineness was 0.075 mm 81.08%,the filling capacity was 0.25 m3 / h,the amount of H2SO4 was 18 kg / t,the dosage of GJBW was 0.6 kg / t,the concentrate of P2O5 grade34.18%,P2O5 recovery rate 91.75% and MgO content 0.91% flotation index were obtained by conventional flotation;The content of P2O5 and MgO in WBL phosphate rock samples were23.95% and 7.53%,respectively,under the condition of grinding average fineness of-0.075 mm,73.58%,filling capacity of 0.20 m3 / h,H2SO4 dosage of 16 kg / t and GJBW dosage of 0.6 kg / t,flotation can obtain concentrate P2O5 grade 35.65% P2O5 recovery rate of 92.31%,MgO content of0.90% flotation index.(2)ZGL phosphate flotation column,adjusting the grinding fineness accounts for 88.01%-0.075 mm,the same amount of other agents,in the feed from the top 300 mm,pulp density of24%,the amount of inflator 600 L / h,wash water 140 mL / min The results showed that the content of P2O5 was 32.07%,the recovery of P2O5 were 93.56% and the MgO content was 1.57%;WBL phosphate rock with the same pharmaceutical system under the column flotation test,the feed from the top of 300 mm,22% pulp density,wash water of 130 mL / min,the amount of inflator 700 L / h,the foam layer having a thickness of 350 mm,obtained concentrate P2O5 content35.41% P2O5 recovery 92.79 %,MgO content 0.92% flotation index.(3)In the column flotation,the thickness of the foam layer has a great influence on the flotation,different flakes should choose different foam layers to obtain the better flotation effect,the stability of the flotation is the guarantee of efficient flotation,Column flotation requires finer fineness than flotation with flotation machines.(4)The results of column flotation and conventional flotation test show that the content of P2O5 is high in the + 75 μm grain grade of ZGL selected materials,the MgO content in the range of-25 μm is 7.21%,the effect of recovering + 75 μm grain size by conventional flotation method is better,and for the removal of MgO,the flotation method is better in the-25 μm fine-grained column;the content of P2O5 and MgO in the grain selection of WBL were relatively stable,but the content of fine grain was high and the content of MgO was higher,and the recovery efficiency of the flotation was obvious;in general,ZGL conventional flotation effect is better,and WBL is more suitable for the use of column flotation;selected materials,the difference between the size of the composition is caused by different flotation effect of the reasons for the difference,for coarse grain,flotation machine Flotation method has a good effect,and column flotation method sorting fine-grained part of the obvious advantages. |
