As the last safe guarantee of hoist safe operation,it is of great significance to study mine hoist mechanical brake.The research project of the vertical shaft construction hoist intelligent electrical control system for China Coal NO.5 Construction Co.ltd is used as a platform.Based on analysis of the current mine hoist mechanical braking control technology on the research status at domestic and foreign,the thesis optimizes and improves mine hoist hydraulic disc brake control system,which aimed at the deficiency of the domestic existing technology.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the structure composition and working principle of mechanical brake control system of mine hoist,analyses existing problems of the system and proposes scheme system.According to the improvement scheme,the two-class braking circuit,constant deceleration braking circuit and hydraulic disc braking control total system are designed.The important components and parameters of the total system are selected and calculated.The hardware circuit of control circuit is designed of the total system.Secondly,the driving mechanism and the implementing mechanism of the hydraulic disc brake system are studied respectively.For the driving mechanism part,the system analyzed the constant deceleration system loop control based on the idea,through theoretic analysis and calculation established the mathematical model of constant deceleration braking control system,through the model of simulation is obtained by performance characteristic.For the actuator part,the system established the mathematical model and corresponding simulation model of disc brake,through simulation analyzed the operating state of the disc brake.Finally,the hydraulic disc brake control system of hoist is studied as a whole,modeled and simulated by using AMESim software,through simulation analyzed the performance of the system,aimed at the poor dynamic response and steady state error etc.of the system,a hybrid genetic algorithm based PID controller optimization method is proposed for the system and through optimizing the system overall performance is significantly improved.
