Antitumor effect of Dianthus superbus has received extensive attention,so that its demand gradually increased,in recent years.Hebei,Inner Mongolia and other places were the main origin of D.superbus,and the content of Pb in soil of these places exceed the standard.The Pb accumulated in the herbs,affected the clinical treament effect furtherly.Currently,domestic and foreign studies commonly used chemical,biological symbiosis,joint symbiosis and other methods to remediate the contamination soil,but there were few reports on whether it would affect the quality of plant.A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi,neighboring plants(Trifolium repens),addition of EDTA and phosphate fertilizer on the performance of D.superbus grown on Pb contaminated soil.The growth,quality and efficacy of D.superbus had investigated to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine.The main results are as follows:1.Other methods can hinder the absorption of Pb in the soil,so that the lead content was significantly reduced,except for addition of EDTA.However,D.superbus showed the lowest Pb content(1.29 mg·g-1)due to AM fungal and T.repens symbiosis.Compared with the control group,the repair methods with AM fungi partaking in growth of D.superbus had a significant improvement.2.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasound extraction technology of emodin from D.superbus.Obtain the optimal ultrasound extraction technology under the following conditions: liquid-solid ratio 61:1,adding 8% hydrochloric acid 1 mL,ulteasonic-treating in 40 ? for 30 min.Afterwards,it was proved that the highest content of active component was in the group with the inoculation of AM fungal.The content of emodin reached 6.5 mg·g-1.3.Determine the inhibitory effect of petroleum ether extract of D.superbus on Hela cells and MGC-803 cells by MTT.Experimental results showed that the petroleum ether extract of D.superbus inhibition rate of Hela cells was more significant(except EDTA group).Meanwhile,there was also a certain correlation between the content of heavy metals in the plant and the inhibition rate of tumor cells.
