Compared with the traditional screen printing.Inkjet glaze glass has the characteristics of color,exquisite production and high degree of automation an d personalized strong,widely used in the field of architectural decoration.but currently the printing ink of ceramic glazed glass ink mostly contain heavy m etal lead and is harmful to the body and environment Therefore,this experi ment mainly discusses the preparation of lead-free inkjet ink.we take the Bi2O 3-ZnO-B2O3 glass system as the research object in this topic,researched the influence regularity of the phase composition,softening temperature,therma 1 analysis,acid resistance,mechanical properties,Wettability and bonding s trength by the change of ZnO,Sb2O3 and Bi2O3 and SiO2 content.The Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3 glass after optimization is applied to preparation of inkjet ink.Thenwe discussed the influence on the properties of granularity,viscosity,stabili ty,conductivity,transmittance and gloss by the change of Ball milling proces s,Sintering temperature and addition amount of dispersant(PEG).The main re search results are as follows:(1)With the amount of ZnO increasing,the base material begin to cryst allize from the glassy state.When the content of ZnO is 8 wt%,the associati vity property of the binder and the flat glass was the best,and the expansion coefficient is 8.8 × 10-6 K-1,the transition temperature and softening tempe rature Tg and Tf are 445℃ and 474.2℃.(2)The addition of Sb2O3 is not cause the precipitation of crystals in the glassy matrix.With the increase of Sb2O3 content,the expansion coefficient of the binder decreased and the characteristic temperature increased,and the f lexural strength increased first and then decreased.When the content of Sb2O3 is 3 wt%,the flexural strength reaches 66.42MPa,the wetting angle of the b ase material and the flat glass is 67.22 ° and the expansion coefficient is 9.11 × 10-6 K-1.(3)With the increase of SiO2 content,the expansion coefficient of the ba se material decreased,the characteristic temperature increased,the bending s trength increased first and then decreased,and the wetting angle of the base material and the flat glass decreased first and then increased.When the SiO2 content was low At 6 wt%,BiBO3 and Bi24B2O36 crystals were precipitated.When the SiO2 content was higher than 6 wt%,they were converted into pur e glass phase.When the SiO2 content was 10 wt%,the SiO2 crystals were pr ecipitated.(4)The preferred glass base formulation is:ZnO(7.54wt%),Al2O3(1.90w t%),Bi2O3(66.68wt%),H3BO3(9.16wt%),BaCO3(1.90wt%),ZrO2(1.90),Sb2O3(2.92wt%),SiO2(8wt%).Base material and flat glass wetting angle to a minimu m of 72.5°,the expansion coefficient of 8.39 × 10-6 K-1,bending strength o f 85.25MPa.(5)The particle size D90 of the particles in the ink is 0.75μm,the pH va lue is 8.20,and the sintered ink was prepared by using the mixed solution of ethylene glycol,isopropanol and n-butanol as the solvent and PEG as the di spersant,When temperature is 680-700℃,Color effect is the best and flat g lass bonding strength is to a level.
