Matrix acidizing/acid fracturing technology is an important means of oil production,increase production and stable production in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields.The Ordovician carbonate reservoirs in Nanpu,Eastern Hebei Province have good physical properties,but when they are put into production,most wells have low productivity or can't be put into production,and the stable production time is short.This thesis carry out the Nanpu Ordovician carbonate reservoir acidizing technology research focusing on the Jidong Oilfield acidification and increase the production problems.This article put forward the acidizing technology for acidizing and acidizing of carbonate reservoirs in No.1 and No.2 in Nanpu oilfield from the necessity and mechanism of acidizing,acid formula,acidizing process,optimization design,implementation plan and other aspects.The main tasks are as follows:I.Based on the analysis of geologic structure,reservoir characteristics,rock structure and mineral composition,fluid and reservoir property according to the requirrenent of acidizing technology,combined with acidification mechanism research,laboratory test and numerical simulation research,a thorough analysis of the plug removal and stimulation measures and the matching technologies of the carbonate reservoirs in Nanpu No.1 and No.2 is made.This paper analyzes its adaptability and insufficiency,finds out its existing problems and development or improvement directions,and lays a foundation for further research.II.From the point of improving the Nanpu oilfield Nanpu 1,No.2 carbonate reservoir acidizing effect,according to the reservoir characteristics,analysis of mechanism of acidizing effect of acid rock reaction characteristics of carbonate reservoir and reservoir damage mechanism,damage type,reservoir potential damage factors.Mathematical simulation and indoor test of factors of carbonate reservoir of acid rock reaction rate and acid corrosion fracture conductivity is studied,On this basis,through the screening test and evaluation of acid liquid and its additives,the appropriate acid type was selected and the formula of acid solution was optimized.Combined with the acidizing technology of different well conditions and completion methods,an acid formula system suitable for acidizing of carbonate reservoirs in Nanpu oilfield is formed.III.On the basis of carbonate reservoir acid fracturing acidizing requirements,analysis of the applicable conditions,the characteristics of acidizing process implementation,acidizing effect and optimum acidizing process.Different acidizing processes are improved,combined with site construction,including acidizing column,surface flow,acidizing,equipment,wellhead conditions,etc.Finally,a series of acidizing techniques which are suitable for different well conditions,different completion methods and different construction requirements are developed and their selection methods are proposed to facilitate field applications.IV.In order to improve the production of oil and gas and the total goal of efficient development of reservoirs,acidification process of comprehensive simulation of different acid systems.The acidification process of different acidizing fluid system and acidizing process was simulated.Acidizing fluid system,acidizing process and acidizing parameters are optimized.Choose appropriate and effective way to drain liquid,optimize construction implementation plan.Carry out acidizing site monitoring and provide complete acidizing design.In this paper,the acidizing technology for acidizing and acidizing of carbonate reservoirs in No.1 and No.2 in Nanpu oilfield is put forward from the necessity acidification mechanism,acid series,acidification process,optimization design,on-site monitoring and field implementation.
