With the continuous emergence of environmental problems in recent years,we increasingly need new filter materials and adsorbent materials to deal with domestic wastewater,industrial wastewater and so on.Activated carbon is a micro porous,with a large surface area of the material,its unique characteristic is that many substances can't be replaced.Activated carbon granular and powder-like distinction,from the rice hull,coconut shell and activated sludge activated carbon,and some made by the decomposition of polymer than made from re-carbonized activated,It is widely used because of its good physical and chemical properties.In this paper,viscose non-woven fabric is as the experimental base cloth,chemical impregnation method is used with excellent non-woven viscose and dispersant 1788 PVA and surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate which impregnated by immersion liquid circulation system after impregnation.With a certain pressure roller will be flattened,semi-finished products dried at 80?for 8h and than hot melt adhesive lining hot-pressed activated carbon powder in double-sided was prepared to prepare and produce viscose activated carbon nonwoven filter cloth?VC-ACF?.Different proportions of activated carbon impregnated liquid were tested for air permeability and dispersibility.The ratio of active carbon to active carbon was obtained through orthogonal experiment.The ratio of the best additive to activated carbon was 1788 PVA,sodium alkyl dodecanoate and activated carbon mass ratio is 1:1:3.The prepared viscose activated carbon non-woven filter cloth test,from the mechanical properties,filtration performance,adsorption properties and surface morphology test,including the non-woven fabric strong test such as bursting performance,physical properties,thickness test,field emission scanning electron microscopy?SEM?was used to observe the morphology of the surface,and to simulate the performance of simulated industrial wastewater filtration of metal ions.The performance of filtration dyes was tested by UV spectrophotometry.The performance of filtration airgel was tested by filter test rig.Adsorption properties of composite nonwovens were tested by static benzene adsorption and ammonia adsorption.Comprehensive testing of viscose activated carbon non-woven filter cloth in the performance of filtration and adsorption,and gas and liquid phase through two aspects of exploration and analysis.According to different carbon load test results show that the air permeability of VC-ACF increased with the increase of 1788 PVA and sodium dodecyl sulfate.When the mass ratio of activated carbon and 1788 PVA with sodium alkyl dodecyl sulfate is 1:1:3,the air permeability is the best.When the carbon content is 2.7 g/cm2,the fabric bursting performance is the best.When the carbon content is 1.8 g/cm2,the Cu2+filtration efficiency of the fabric is the best.When the amount of carbon carried is 3.6 g/cm2,the air filtration efficiency of the fabric is the best.When the amount of carbon carried is 1.8 g/cm2,the performance of the filter dye methylene blue is the best.When the amount of carbon is 4.8 g/cm2,benzene adsorption rate and ammonia adsorption efficiency are the highest.Thus,VC-ACF has better overall performance.According to the conclusion obtained,the viscose activated carbon non-woven fabric prepared has excellent filtration performance and the function of adsorbing harmful gas,has poor performance in airgel filtration,and can absorb harmful gas such as toluene,chloroform and ammonia etc.,which can choose a more suitable trial environment for it.The research and development of viscose activated carbon non-woven fabric provides a more excellent market for the activated carbon industry.It is conducive to further promotion and application and has certain practical significance and value.
