The electrolysis compound polishing technology is a special processing technology developed on the basis of electrolytic polishing.In essence,the effect of electrolysis is added on the basis of the effect of mechanical polishing.The purpose is to improve the polishing efficiency and reduce the loss of the polishing material.But to control the polishing quality,has been the difficulty of electrolytic polishing process.The research in order to explore suitable parameters of electrolytic polishing process,improve the quality of polishing,electrolytic polishing designed 304 stainless steel workpiece experiment,through the experimental study on several important parameters on the polishing quality are analyzed.The specific experimental research content and the process rule of electrolytic compound polishing are summarized as follows:(1)Through the single factor experiments were done on variables,electrolyte composition,abrasive particle size,inter electrode gap,the variable rotation speed of the electrode and the relative movement speed,through the data analysis of the experimental results,the influence of variation of single variable factor for electrolytic polishing quality.The composite polishing process,the electrolyte should choose passive electrolyte,this experimental study selection of sodium chlorate;abrasive grain and inter electrode gap on the larger surface roughness of the abrasive particles,the greater the inter electrode gap is smaller,the larger the surface roughness;reasonable collocation and rotation speed of the electrode velocity can significantly improve the quality of polishing,mechanical polishing effect reduce left traces,rotating electrode The faster the relative speed is slower,the trajectory of denser and better polishing quality;processing voltage mainly affects the electrolysis efficiency,machining voltage is bigger,stronger electrolysis,the processing efficiency is high,but with the increase of the voltage,side reaction and stray corrosion degree increases,so the need to find a suitable voltage electrolysis the role and effect of mechanical polishing phase equilibrium.(2)Electrolytic polishing quality is a common factor affecting multi variable results,so we based on single factor variables on the increase of orthogonal test variables.According to the experimental data of single factor variables,choosing appropriate factor,according to L9(34)orthogonal table for each sub level,processing experiment,obtained in the current equipment and electrolyte conditions through experiments,the optimal experimental parameters of electrolytic polishing of stainless steel 304.(3)The combined electrochemical machining experiment was improved,the improved part including design of tool electrode,optimization design of the polishing path,multistage processing.Through the improvement of experimental equipment and procedure,not only reduces the surface roughness after polishing,and improve machining efficiency.The setting process of electrolytic polishing processing the experiment can be used for processing a variety of metal materials,the industrialization of the process used to provide a reliable experimental basis.
