Presently,the separated layer water injection technology has developed into the test and adjustment combination technology,which is used for the real-time monitor of the parameter in the oil layer and adjustment of the injection flow.The high initial cost and the short lifetime of the intelligent water distributor which is the vitals of the system of the test and adjustment combination technology are the obstacle of the development of the test and adjustment combination technology.The intelligent water distributor also has the problem of inaccuracy of flow adjustment and the high consumption except the short life.This article has analyzed the problem of the short life of the intelligent water distributor,the accuracy of flow adjustment and the high consumption,and then proposed the solutions.Firstly,the valve spool that has the linear flow characteristic is designed by adopting theoretical method and numerical simulation.The surface of the valve spool that has the linear flow characteristic is calculated and drawn by using the formula.Then the actural characteristic curve of flow of this valve spool is drawn by the numerical simulation.And the parameters of the valve spool are optimized by the optimization software ISIGHT for the higher linearity of the curve of the flow,in order to increase the ratio of the control valve.Secondly,the bionic tamarix chinensis anti-erosion structure is adopted to increase the life of the valve spool under the erosion of the sand in the injected water.By analyzing the anti-erosion morphology of tamarix chinensis,six bionic anti-erosion structures and the different arrangements are proposed.After adopting these bionic anti-erosion structures on the area of the valve spool that is eroded seriously,the erosion rate of each bionic anti-erosion structure is calculated by using the discrete phase model in FLUENT.Then the bionic anti-erosion structure that has the best performance of anti-erosion is chosen to add on the surface of the valve cone.At last,the parameters of the anti-erosion structure of the valve core are optimized by the optimization software ISIGHT,in order to increase the life of the water distributor.Finally,the force on the valve spool is analized,and a bionic balanced structure is designed with the stability analysis.The dynamic mesh model is adopted to analyse the change of the flow field around the valve spool during the close and open process underdifferent adjusted velocity.The force on the head of the valve spool is monitored during the close and open process under different adjusted velocity,in order to compare the difference between the close and open process under different adjusted velocity.According the structure of the abyssal fishes body,the bionic ballenced structure is adoped to reduce the driving torque of the control valve.The analysis of the stability of the control valve is provided by using the software SIMULINK.
