Study On Ergonomics Performance Of Dust Proof Clothing

Study on the efficiency and performance of the protective clothing for operation exposed to dust.The object of the study is protective clothing for operation exposed to dust.,whose protection object is the worker exposed to dust with large labor intensity for a long time,widely existing in coal mining,construction,decoration,cement production and other industries.Because the dust in the working environment do harm to the operators’ health which can induce all kinds of occupational diseases.Most of the existing protective clothing for them are ordinary work clothes and the existing protective equipment cannot effectively prevent them from the damage of working environment,so the protective effect is relative poor.This study analyzed the operating process of the worker exposed to dust,took into account of the protective property and comfort,combined with the material selection and structure design,and optimized the design of the protective clothing for them.After compared the efficiency and property of the new working clothing and the old ones,the study determined the main factors influencing protection.It can provide powerful basis for more systematic and thorough research on protective clothing for operation exposed to dust.
