Scheme Design For Closure Environmental Factors Of Landfill Site(Old Landfill Site)in Donghe District Of Baotou City

This paper studied the operation and current situation of the domestic refuse landfill site(the former one)in Dong he area of Bao tou city.And it emphasize the importance of the closure of the field.This paper aims to make a further research to know the basic situation in the landfill、the craft used in the processing、the choose of closure technology、the definite plan to close it、and the closure of the sludge landfill.This paper made its research by informative collection、on-site survey、and the theoretical calculation,with the combination of current projects situations at home and abroad.And it try to produce a general solution and design for the Baotou landfill closure project through discussion.It defined the composite covering technology as the main one to embargo this refuse landfill field.The whole project is made up of the surface management、ultimate covering system、the landfill gas collection system、the rain water diversion system、the leach-ate drainage system、nature recover system、architectural structures and the ancillary works.According to the boundary of the landfill field,the surface management part sets its anchor point of five meters high.It began to form the top dune at the twenty five meter high of the whole waste body.The whole embargoed system,from the surface of refuse dump to top surface,including drainage layer、the impervious layer、plant cover surface soil layer.The landfill gas collection system adopt the active methods to diverse such gas.Based on the former diversion and flood control system,the current rain water diversion systems are able to intercept the inside rain water and diverse the outer.So,it makes a composite diversion and flood defense system.For this landfill’s spectrum characteristics,the study determined to use the generally acknowledged composite foundation technology of the soft foundation work to process sludge in this landfill site.Through the research,this paper put forward the solution to relevant issues.Such plans aim to improve the disgusting environment in landfill sit、make a better environmental performance.And,with adherence to ecological、natural、and sustainable developmental idea,this project give priority to build natural landscape park for the dwellers to do leisure activities.
