In recent years,haze has been serious in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and Hebei thermal power industry is one of the main sources.In order to improve air quality in regional envrionment and reduce the total amount of air pollutants emitted from thermal power plants in Hebei Province,more stringent emission limitations are needed to be implemented in the thermal power industry.This paper intends to access to national and international emission standards of air pollutants and the corresponding laws and regulations in the thermal power industry.Based on the emissions standards system of the national thermal power plant and combined with coal-fired power industry characteristics in Hebei Province,this paper concludes the recommendation of the air pollutant emission standards in coal-fired power industry and explores the standard technology feasibility of the pulverized coal stove and the circulating fluidized bed boiler.After comparing the national emission standards with other countries,the concentration limits of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants"(GB13223-2011)in China are lower than those in the United States,the European Union and Japan.However,the emission and concentration limits of soot and dust are the same as those in the United States,EU and Japan.At meanwhile,the emission limits of mercury and the related compounds are higher than those in the United States and Germany,while Japan has not established the emission limits of mercury and related compounds yet.Through the analysis,he emission concentration limits of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and soot in Beijing are under control of the "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants"(GB13223-2011).Therefore,based on the national and international emission standards,this paper proposes the standards of air pollutant emissions from coal-fired power plants in Hebei Province should include: dust,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,mercury and its related compounds,flue gas blackness and ammonia slip indicators index.And combined the relevant standards in China and overseas with the actual monitoring data of thermal power plants in Hebei Province,the emission limits of air pollutants in Hebei province has been determined.At the same time,it has been found that over 20 coal-fired power generation boilers above 65 t · h-1 in Hebei Province have been upgraded initially,and the reforming process has met the promotion conditions.After the implementation of the emission standards of air pollutants in coal-fired power plants,the environmental benefits are obvious,and the standardized technology of controlling exhaust emission in enterprise is viable.
