Study On Welding Process Of High-tensile Round Link Chains For Mining

High strength mine coal conveying equipment rings chain is indispensible coal miming components,the quality of which directly decide the usage period of equipment for coal and the production safety of coal mining.Large-scale production of round link chains has been relying on the import of raw materials and the imported equipment for a long time,so the use of domestic raw materials and chain equipment for large-scale round link chain processing has important significance.This project mainly explores that how to determine the reasonable process parameters,to ensure the quality of welding,and to meet the standard requirements in the appearance,size,and mechanical performance,with internal raw materials and automatic flash welding machine during the production of high tensile round link chain of 26×92-C for mining.The content of the research generally includes the process of cutting,chain knitting,flash butt welding,pre-stretching,heat treatment and so on,and focuses on the flash butt welding of the circular chain.In the meantime,The research determines the reasonable welding parameters and Technology by test,ultimately producing high-strength round link chains with high quality requirements.This topic research can get rid of the present situation,where raw materials and manufacturing equipment of large-scale round link chain rely on imports,and will make a big difference for the domestic manufacturing technology of round link chain and the reduce of coal mining costs.
