Nondestructive detection method,which has been applied widely in the field of engineering,has the characteristics of no destruction,sensitivity and accuracy.Through collecting and testing the elastic wave from the deformation or defection of material caused by the internal and external force,the acoustic emission technology as one type of non-destructive detection method can predict the defection or inhomogeneity of the interior of machine part and finish the detection of material status and the prediction of defect,which means that this technology has a broad prospect in real-time monitoring.In the process of reciprocating friction and wear,the acoustic emission technology can monitor the elastic deformation,plastic deformation,shear and adhesion between friction pairs in real time.This essay applied analysis of characteristic parameters,time and frequency by testing under three kinds of conditions:lubrication,abrasive wear and adhesive wear.The author searched the rule of the relationship between the character of AE signal and load as well as speed under three conditions.The results showed that while under lubrication,abrasive wear and adhesive wear conditions,the wave form of original signal and RMS shows a shape of "M".The intensity of signal got the weakest point while the piston pasted the TDP and BDP.It got the strongest point while piston past the middle point of the stroke.While these three conditions,of which the load and speed are the same,the intensity of acoustic emission signal were enhanced stepwise,the characteristic parameters were increased as well;under the condition of lubrication,the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal did not change with the increase of test load,which increased with increase of its speed;While under the abrasive wear condition,with the increase of the load,the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signals increase firstly and then decrease,which increases with the increase of its speed;Under the adhesive wear condition,acoustic emission,with the increase of the load,The characteristic parameters of the signal decrease,which increase with the increase of the speed.
