Potentialstep Method Used To Study The Spread Of The Etchant And Experimental Researchin The Corrosion System

Potential step method is a common transient electrochemical measurement method,and also a transient measurement method in recent years.This paper,by using electrochemical workstation parstat2273 mainly through the experiment to analyze a study to test the three kinds of metal materials(Alloy690,Alloy600,X80 steel)in pure water distilled water and electricity rates jump curve of corrosion in NaCl solution,the properties of the electrode reaction has been analyzed by the experimental results,the mechanism and the electrode process kinetic parameters.Based on the experimental data and further analysis of different kinds of polarization curve and the influence of different temperature on corrosion rate of the solution,the higher the temperature will accelerate the corrosion rate.According to the alloy metallographic observations,corrosion resistant element to add may also inhibit corrosion is an important reason.General law of alloy materials in salt solution is obtained and a general conclusion on metal corrosion and empirical summary.There are five chapters in the thesis:In the first chapter,a summary of the relative researches on the fracture problem of quasi-static crack was introduced,including background and significance,the researches state at home and abroad,and the chief contents and methods.The second chapter mainly introduced the classification and the influencing of the metal corrosion,and we also know metal corrosion protection methods,and emphatically to introducethe relevant knowledge about the Electrochemical corrosion.The third chapter mainly discusses the overview on electrochemical workstation.This paper expounds the working principle of the electrochemical workstation,basic functions and related applications.The fourth chapter mainly overview of the metal material corrosion rates jump method.This paper expounds the principle of the experiment of the metal material corrosion rates jump method,at the same time for one of this thesis is applied to the electricity rates jump technology,and introduces the chronoamperometry.The fifth chapter prepares and introduces accordingly various materials before experiment.Next to,we begin to do experimental considerations and experiments,finally the experimental data and data analysis.
