With the deficient of oil and gas resources on land,the exploitation of sea resources is receiving more and more attention.The subsea valve is an important regulating component of submarine pipeline systems,and plays a significant role in the transportation of oil and gas.Because of the large-scale exploration of sea oil and gas resources in china,the demand of subsea valves is becoming more urgency.However,domestic research of high-pressure subsea valve is still in its infancy.The structure design,material characteristics research,performance optimization and reliability of subsea valve are becoming important subject in the domestic.Focused on high pressure subsea valve body,by analyzing the working condition of submarine,the valve body scheme and design demand have been determined,chemical component analysis of body material of 2205 duplex stainless steel and the summary of varies material performance have been finished in this paper.Through the strength analysis of three kinds of working condition,receive the magnitude and distribution of stress and deformation of valve body.With the same pressure inside or outside the valve body,the outside pressure only is the more dangerous working condition.Compared with land valve,subsea valve should have much bigger minimum thickness of valve body.Putting valve structure dimension as design variable to target parameter optimization in the test pressure,obtain the optimal structure dimension of valve body,and improved the overall stress distribution and the overall structure strength of valve body.Finally,the law of the deformation of the valve seat and the pressure of the seal is studied.By changing the deformation of the three paths on the inner ring of the valve seat,the deformation of the valve seat is changed,and the size of the internal pressure and the external pressure are changed respectively.Surface of the pressure changes,to determine the deformation of the valve seat and seal the relationship between the pressure.According to the relationship between the deformation of the valve seat and the sealing pressure,the maximum sealing pressure on the sealing surface of the valve seat is reduced to within the allowable range of the material,and the sealing pressure distribution on the sealing surface is made more uniform and Seat use reliability and sealing.
