Chemiluminescence?CL?is defined as the emission of light from some chemical species due to their electronic excitation by the energy released during a chemical reaction.CL is now recognized as a powerful analytical method owing to its high sensitivity,wide linear working range,simplicity,relatively inexpensive and robust instrumentation,and ease of automation and coupling with various separation techniques.Luminol as the most common luminescent reagent is easy to be oxidized to emit light with various oxidants.Several kinds of catalyst including metallic ions and enzymes have been reported having catalytic activity on luminol CL reaction.However,traditional enzyme suffered from unstalibity,robust separation and extraction process,and so on.Hence,it is significant to find a nanomaterial which has high catalytic activity on CL reaction.Herein,we investigated the catalytic acitivity of two nanomaterials,and then applied them to the detection of H2O2 and uric acid,and immunoassay.Firstly,we prepared BSA-templated Ag NCs,and established BSA-templated Ag NCs catalyzed luminol-H2O2 CL reaction.Then the proposed method was used for the detection of H2O2 with good reproducibility.Uric acid could be decomposed to hydrogen peroxide in the presence of uricase.The concentration of uric acid could be detected using the proposed CL system and the limit of detection was 0.75?M.This method shows a good specificity and sensitivity,and the results of real sample detection were consistent with commercial test paper.Secondly,nano-sized graphene oxides?N-GO?were prepared with modified Hummers methods using nano graphite as carbon source.N-GO showed good dispersancy in water and excellent catalytic activity on luminol CL reaction.We established the N-GO catalyzed luminol-dissolved oxygen CL system,and investigated the CL mechanism.In previous,we found that the catalytic activity of GO decreased dramatically when GO was conjugated with antibody.In order to overcome this problem,N-GO loading liposome on which antibody can be conjugated on the surface was prepared.And the prepared immuno-liposomes were applied to immunoassay for the detection of rabbit IgG.And the linear range for rabbit IgG ranged from 50 to 500 ng.
