| Linear motion guide rail is an important part of a lot of machine tools,and its positioning error directly determines the machining accuracy of the machine tool,and then determines the accuracy of the machined parts.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the positioning error of the guide rail Because in the Automatic measurement of surface quality and size of ceramic tiles project,it is necessary to realize the automatic measurement for the geometry size of the Automatic measurement of surface quality and size of ceramic tiles by using the electric rail to position the sensors.Therefore,the accuracy of the positioning of the guide rail directly affects the accuracy of the measurement..In order to realize the positioning error control of the servo guide rail,the positioning error testing system of 16 way servo guide rail is established.In this paper,the design of the motion system of the G linear slide unit of the XY axis in Longmen is completed,and the positioning error correction test and analysis are carried out in two stages.Using the method of CANopen bus to establish a semi closed loop servo guide rail positioning experiment correction system based on CANopenthe positioning error of ASDA-A2 servo guide rail is tested and analyzed: under the condition of half closed loop,the guide rail cannot reach the requirement of 0.02mm;In order to achieve the positioning error of 0.02 mm,on the basis of CANopen bus control,the output of RS422 differential signal is introduced to build automatic positioning system of grating full closed loop servo guideway,the positioning error of the guide rail is tested and analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that by introducing the grating ruler,the guide rail can achieve the positioning error of 0.02 mm.Finally,the work of this paper shows that,through the test and analysis of two control systems,the conclusion is drawn:under the condition of certain measuring conditions and the mechanical structure of the servo guide rail not affected,through the introduction of differential signal type grating ruler,the servo guide rail positioning system can be used to form the automatic positioning system of grating full closed loop servo guide rail,which can reach the goal of positioning error of 0.02 mm. |
