The corrosion factors of gathering pipeline in high sulfur gas field mainly include internal corrosion,buried metal corrosion and atmospheric corrosion.The main reason that leads to pipeline failure of Puguang gas field is internal corrosion.It can not only cause pipe perforation,cracking and other failure,but also affect the production safety and efficiency of the gas field,and environment pollution,sometimes causing heavy causalities and other major incidents.Therefore,under the condition of oil and gas normal production,the effective management is a common technical problem in the process of oil and gas production and transportation all over the world.At the same time,it is also an international technical problem.Internal corrosion of Puguang gas field gathering pipeline is the main problem which causes pipeline failure,affecting the safety of equipment and personal.This paper based on the on-line detection data and related results,research the corrosion status and regularity of Puguang gathering pipeline after put into production.Combined with the physical simulation experiment explored the numerical study on the corrosion of the pipeline in the development of Puguang prediction technology,according to the actual working condition of Puguang gas field,internal corrosion prediction management technology research of high sulfide gas field gathering pipeline has been developed.Analysis results show:(1)Most wells have different levels of liquid production,and the increase of liquid production in some wells is over twenty times.The increase of liquid yield will lead to the increase of liquid content in the pipeline,which leads to more severe uniform corrosion and local corrosion.(2)Through the comparison of the uniform corrosion prediction model and the pitting prediction model,the predicted corrosion rate and the depth of pitting corrosion agree well with the actual situation,and have higher accuracy.(3)The relative error between the predicted results and the actual results is less than 10%under most conditions.This accurate and reliable internal corrosion technology,not only can effectively protect the Puguang gathering pipeline safety and reliability of production,but also can be extended to the safety management of other domestic oil and gas fields of pipeline,not only can fill the domestic blank in the field of technology,at the same time,the development of this technology can also make the pipeline corrosion management of Puguang truly in line with international standards,eventually,forming Puguang and Chinese their own intellectual property rights,and being in a leading position in technology all over the world.
