A lot of organic waste water has been produced in the tanning and dyeing section,The research on the treatment of Retanning dyeing wastewater is mainly focused on the microbial treatment,there are a large number of microorganisms which can degrade or adsorb dyes,which are mainly fungus,especially white-rot fungus.The reason is that white-rot fungus can secrete ligninolytic enzymes in particular,has a broad spectrum of xenobiotic degradation,can under aerobic conditions of dyes and other aromatic compounds for efficient open-loop degradation.Therefore,the use of white rot fungi to degrade the refractory organic pollutants in tannery wastewater is of great industrial application prospect.Firstly,white-rot fungus was entrapped in calcium alginate,and the immobilized white-rot fungus gel particles were prepared.The influencing factors of vegetable tannin extract degradation were studied by Box-Behnken Design(BBD).Results show that under the condition of 400mg/L vegetable tannin extract concentration and10 days treatment,the degradation rates of immobilized white-rot fungus to the chestnut extract is 89.81%.In chromium co-substrates solution the degradation rates of immobilized white-rot fungus to the chestnut extract is 94.40%.Dye solution was treated by immobilized white-rot fungus gel particles,the immobilized Trametes versicolor used to treat dye wastewater and laccase enzyme activity at a relatively high value 8.2 U/mL.The importance of laccase in the decolorization of dyes by white rot fungi was found.The degradation products of dyes by immobilized white rot fungus gel particles were analyzed by FTIR and HLPC-MS,it can be inferred that the degradation products of dyes.It was found that the immobilized white rot fungus gel particles were used for the ring opening degradation of the dye,so that the macromolecular dyes were decomposed,and then disappeared.At the same time,two kinds of white rot fungi were immobilized by organic and inorganic carriers,study on decolorization of dyes by white rot fungi in various immobilized forms.Through fitting a lot of data,modeling and analysis,to determine the decolorization performance of each immobilized white rot fungus in the form of dyes,the theoretical basis for the selection of immobilized carrier materials.In addition,the enzyme produced by white rot fungus was used to prepare LiP,MnP and Lac Cross-linked Enzyme Aggregates.The prepared Cross-linked enzyme aggregates were added to the immobilized white rot fungus sodium alginate gel particles,and a new type of co-immobilized white rot fungus gel particles was prepared and used to decolorization of dye,the maximum decolorization rate of acid mordant black PV dye was 54.14 % in six days.At the end of the paper,the application of the co-immobilized Trametes versicolor gel particles was applied to treat tanning and dyeing wastewater.It was found that the appropriate agitation and aeration were beneficial to the degradation of organic pollutants.The co-immobilized white rot fungus gel particles can reduce the TOC in leather wastewater,the removeal rate of TOC was 36.08%.Through this study,we can get a feasible method to degrade the organic pollutants in leather wastewater。...
