This paper is using Anli company's DOP high concentration alkaline organic wastewater as a process object.Iron-carbon micro-electrolysis filler is preparing by thermosetting roasting processing.The wastewater was studied by the extraction of iron carbon microelectron-Fenton coupling treatment.Each process is making wastewater under a deep treatment and resources studies.The following conclusions were based on the extraction of clearer waster from wastewater,iron-carbon micro-electrolysis-Fenton coupling treatment:?1?Iron-carbon micro-electrolysis's raw materials are iron powder,bentonite and activated carbon powder mainly,according to the four different volume ratio.Mixing the mixture completely and added suitable amount of water granulation after 600?roasting,iron-carbon micro-electrolysis was packing.According to the same conditions,the four types of fillers are tested for the processing effect,and the result showed that V?iron powder?:V?activated carbon?:V?bentonite?=?1-2?:1:1 is the best ratio.?2?By the method of extraction,DOP production waste water resource research results showed that the best optimal conditions for extract is:using iso-octyl as extracting agent under the condition of pH compared to 2 and 0.5 for level 3 extraction,temperature effect is smaller.The method can not only reduce the concentration of organic pollutants,but also resource recycling some organic matter in wastewater.?3?According to the micro-electrolysis of DOP wastewater treatment experiments,with different PH value,temperature,residence time,dosing quantity and other conditions of the experiment,the research is going to find out the best condition of COD removal rate in the DOP production wastewater.The results showed that when the PH value was 2-4,the duration of stay was over 3 hours,and the removal rate of COD was 45.55-67.4%.When the microelectrolysis process increases aeration,the removal rate of COD was increase 2%to 3%than the normal statistics;Temperature between25?and 65?range,the COD removal rate was related to it positively,but the trend is not obvious.This phenomenon showed that temperature doesn't affect a lot on the micro-electrolysis reaction.?4?In the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis-Fenton coupling of production wastewater treatment method of DOP experiment,with different pH value,temperature,the amount of H2O2 solution and other conditions of experiment.The study of micro-electrolysis-Fenton coupling treatment is finding the best conditions to remove COD in the wastewater.The results showed that when the pH value is 2-6,residence time within 30 minutes,the COD removal rate can reach 80%to 89%,and the COD removal rate was increasing then falling with the increase of pH value.When pH is alkaline,the COD removal rate fell sharply.Temperature between 25?and 65?was positively related to the COD removal rate,but the trend is not obvious.Based on this method that temperature was affected really small on micro-electrolysis-Fenton coupling process.
