ZnO,as a semiconductor material,has wide-direct band gap and large excitation binding energy.Nanosized ZnO possess excellent light,electricity,magnetic characteristics and so on.Zn O is not only non-toxic and harmless,but also antibacterial and disinfected,which has become one of the most widely studied materials in the world.In this paper,we synthesized hexagonal ZnO,Mn-doping ZnO and one dimensional?1D?ZnO by introducing a new method combing with the development of green chemistry.The method is easy to be put into effect.We also investigated the impact of surfactants,doping and different zinc sources on the morphology and grain size of nanosized ZnO.Furthermore,we also synthesized CdS sensitized ZnO by using hydrothermal method,and explored the photocatalytic activities of CF@ZnO/CdS.The relevant research contents are as follows:?1?The preparation of hexagonal ZnO and Mn-doping hexagonal ZnO and its application in the field of phocatalytic activities:De-ionized water were as solvents in the whole fabrication process.Zn?CH3COO?2·2H2O were as main raw materials.MnCl2·4H2O were as doping materials.PVP were as surfactants.NaOH were as precipitants.Hexagonal ZnO and Mn-doping hexagonal ZnO were synthesized successfully.We investigated the impact of PVP on the morphologies and grain size of hexagonal ZnO;We investigated the impact of Mn2+on the morphologies and grain size of hexagonal ZnO;We also explored the photocatalytic activies of Mn-doping hexagonal Zn O by degrading methylene blue.?2?The preparation of 1D ZnO:De-ionized water were as solvents in the whole fabrication process.Zn?CH3COO?2·2H2O and ZnSO4·7H2O were as raw materials.Citric acid were as complexing agent.PVP were as surfactants.NaOH were as precipitants.We synthesized nanoneedled and nanoroded ZnO by using precipitation method.We explored the impact of different zinc salts on the morphologies,length and diameter in the presence of the same molar ratios of zinc ions.?3?The growth of ZnO/CdS hierarchical heterostructures on CF and its application in the field of photodegradation of RhB:De-ionized water were as solvents in the whole fabrication process.Zn?CH3COO?2·2H2O were as main raw materials.Citric acid?CA?were as complexing agents.PVP were as surfactants.NaOH were as precipitants.Copper fiber?CF?were as carriers.We synthesized CF@ZnO by using hydrothermal method.CdCl2·5/2H2O were as raw materials.Na2S?flakes?were as precipitants.We synthesized CF@ZnO/CdS hierarchical heterostructures and investigated the growth of ZnO/CdS hierarchical heterostructures on the CF.We also explored the photocatalytic activities of CF@ZnO/CdS by degrading RhB.
