The high speed,precision and intelligence of the rolling mill production line plays an important role in the production efficiency,reducing the production cost and providing high quality and high level products to the customers.With the increasing demand for the quality and efficiency of strip products,a lot of new technologies are applied in the rolling mill,which results in the vibration problems.The complex system of cold rolling mill production line is composed of mechanical,electrical,hydraulic and computer technology,the analysis and solution of rolling mill vibration problem is more complicated.In the actual production,the rolling mill vibration is expressed in the form of coupling.In the past,only three kinds of coupled vibration characteristics of rolling mill such as torsion,horizontal and vertical are studied.However,the research on the electro-mechanical coupling vibration caused by the electric control part is relatively less?Due to the damage of the equipment and the phenomenon of belt breaking caused by the electro-mechanical coupling vibration,the study of the electro-mechanical coupling vibration of the rolling mill has becomes a top priority.In this paper,the main driving system of cold rolling mill in a steel plant is taken as the research object,the formation mechanism and influencing factors of vibration caused by electro-mechanical coupling.With the help of modeling and simulation software,the simulation platform of the main drive system of rolling mill is established.Based on the platform and the control method,the method of restraining the electro-mechanical coupling vibration is put forward.Mainly from the following aspects:(1)Establishing dynamic equation and mathematical model of the electro-mechanical coupling system for the main drive of the rolling mill.It is concluded that the basic form of the electro-mechanical coupling vibration of the main drive system of the rolling mill is the direct coupling of the electromagnetic torque and the existence of harmonic current is the main cause of electromagnetic torque coupling.(2)Based on the kinetic equation and the mathematical model of rolling mill main drive system of the electro-mechanical coupling effect,numerical method is used to analyze the rotor resistance,series capacitor compensation,delay electrical system factors on the vibration characteristics of rolling mill main drive electro-mechanical coupling system.(3)The mechanical part of the main drive system of cold rolling mill is modeled by ADAMS software,including the roller,hydraulic cylinder and bearing;Using AMESim software to build a hydraulic cylinder,electro-hydraulic servo valve and other hydraulic module system;Using Simulink to establish the model of main drive control system.The three platforms are connected with each other to form the combined simulation platform of the main drive system.The feasibility of electro-mechanical coupling vibration is verified by the simulation analysis.(4)In the aspect of electro-mechanical coupling vibration control,a disturbance observer PI control model is designed,which can effectively reduce the electro-mechanical coupling vibration.For the existence of harmonic current,a band stop filter is designed to control the harmonic current and reduce the coupling vibration.
