Due to the rapid development of China's economy and society,energy consumption is huge.Nuclear power is a kind of safe,efficient,clean and economic sustainable power energy,with the rapid development of related equipment design and manufacture,nuclear power will certainly change the energy structure of China.The quality of stamping parts made by Zirconium alloy,an important material in the fuel assembly positioning grid,has an important influence on positioning grid's function and safe operation.The quality control of zirconium alloy strip stamping forming is one of the key technologies of the realization of AP1000 positioning frame localization.Setting zirconium alloy stamping products "strip" as the research object,this paper studies the quality control of strip stamping through the finite element numerical simulation combined with practical stamping test.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the structural characteristics of the strip and the stamping process are analyzed.The progressive stamping finite element model is established,and the numerical simulation analysis of multi-station multi-stage progressive stamping with strip is done,in order to evaluate the stamping formability of the zirconium alloy strip,predict and control the forming defects.The quality control of strip forming is studied by process parameter control and springback compensation.The simulation results compared with the actual stamping verify the reliability of the numerical simulation of the progressive stamping.(2)Based on the deformation law of the numerical simulation of strip stamping,the test data of the strip are collected,with the help of the quality management tool in MINITAB software,the strip thinning and the stamping production condition are studied,monitors and manages the quality of the production process,evaluates the processing capacity of the stamping process.Finally,the main reason for the quality fluctuation and defect of the strip is discussed.(3)Based on the numerical simulation of material deformation and the characteristics of strip stamping process,the basic functional requirements of strip stamping quality control are determined.Use the browser/Server structure,system framework,MVC(Model-View-Controller)design pattern,database design and so on,the Web quality control system of AP1000 strip is developed.Setting data input and management,data statistics analysis and basic stamping database and other functions as a whole,to solve the barriers of cross-regional cooperative enterprise data sharing and technical exchange,to achieve the quality control analysis of the strip forming and its development and production process.Through progressive stamping numerical simulation to effectively evaluate the formability of zirconium alloy strip and predict strip forming defects,combined with the quality control of stamping process analysis,the quality control system which can meet the basic functional requirements of strip quality control is developed,providing a new way of quality control of zirconium alloy strip stamping forming.
