Research On The Application Of Heritage Design Of Qin Terracotta Warriors Facial Modeling In The T-shirt

The Qin Shi Huang Terracotta Warriors and Horses are known as the eighth wonders of the world and it’s the crystallization of ancient Chinese civilization with unique cultural connotations.In order to inherit this valuable traditional culture and art,we need to find the essence of culture.The facial modeling of the Qin Terracotta Warriors is rich and colorful,not only has highly personalized features,but also shows the national and regional characteristics of the Terracotta Warriors.The T-shirt is the media of the cultural identity and fashion.We extract the charm essence of the Terracotta Warriors,the facial modeling,applied to the T-shirt.Not only to add the cultural connotation of T-shirt,but also to extract the characteristics of ethnic area into the contemporary fashion design.Hence,the traditional charm of traditional Chinese culture can be inherited.In this paper,for the Qin Terracotta Warriors,the methods of literature search,empirical study and design practice is applied to analysis and research the facial modeling characteristics.The facial modeling features are drawn out and combined with the modern pop design and people’s aesthetic ideas.The highly recognizable and impressed facial pattern of Qin Terracotta Warriors are designed and applied on the T-shirt which is a cultural carrier.The heritage design can be shown by visualize art form in order to promote the awareness of modern people on the traditional Chinese culture update.Firstly,the cultural background and the artistic characteristics of the facial modeling of the Qin Terracotta Warriors are introduced,and the cultural connotation is explored in depth.Secondly,combination the status of domestic and foreign T-shirt design with local culture,the application value and feasibility of the Qin Terracotta Warriors facial modeling design in the T-shirt are analyzed.Finally,based on the combination of theory and practice,the clothing T-shirts are designed and produced.The application of Qin Terracotta Warriors facial modeling heritage design in the T-shirt is discussed by the form of practice.In the design of T-shirt,the manifestations of the Qin Terracotta Warriors arts in the fashion design are broadened by use of facial modeling elements.This work has a profound significance for development of the T-shirt design and the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
