| In recent years,China’s economy has always maintained a high-speed growth,while energy consumption is also increasing rapidly.High energy consumption,high pollution,extensive development model,has become China’s carbon emissions in the forefront of the world’s leading cause.With the scientific concept of development and the concept of building a harmonious society put forward,energy protection and environmental protection has become a transformation of economic growth,promote sustainable development is an integral part.The construction industry as an important source of national economic growth,but also the main body of energy consumption and carbon emissions.At present,China’s construction industry’s economic growth mode is still the cost of energy consumption at the cost of extensive growth.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the carbon emissions and carbon efficiency of China’s regional construction industry,and implement the measures of energy saving and emission reduction in the construction industry according to local conditions,which is of great significance to improve the carbon emission level and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of carbon emissions in construction provinces and municipalities in China,this paper uses the super-SBM model to evaluate the carbon efficiency of construction industry in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2015,this on the one hand to solve the problem of input and output of the relaxation,on the other hand also achieve the efficiency of the expected output of the evaluation,while avoiding errors due to radial,angle selection,and further comparison of effective decision making units.Research shows that: 2011-2015 China’s construction industry,the overall upward trend in carbon emissions,which reached the maximum in 2012 462900.13 million tons.On the one hand,Jiangsu Province,the highest average carbon emissions in construction industry,reaching478525.29 million tons,about 4 times the national average;Qinghai construction industry,the lowest average carbon emissions,only 419.994 million tons.On the other hand,during the sample period,the carbon efficiency of China’s construction industry grew steadily,and the carbon efficiency of Jiangsu,Beijing,Fujian and Hebei was more than 1,in the production frontier;Inner Mongolia,Qinghai,Gansu and other provinces over the years the construction industry carbon emissions efficiency is low,there is still a large room for improvement.And cluster analyzes the carbon efficiency of the construction industry over the years,It is found that the carbon emissionefficiency of the construction industry is mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas,and the carbon emission inefficient area is mainly in the central and western regions.Finally,combined with the results of the above research and analysis,from the construction industry itself and the upstream industry point of view,proposed to enhance China’s construction industry carbon emissions efficiency of the relevant policy recommendations.Innovative point of this paper: different from other macro data energy efficiency estimates,the use of detailed technical classification and detailed fuel classification calculation of carbon dioxide emissions in the construction industry,relatively accurate from three different sources of carbon emissions analysis of regional differences in carbon emissions.According to the super-SBM model,the carbon efficiency of the construction industry in each region is studied,and the advantages of the model are fully considered.The advantages of the model are taken into account,and the effective decision-making unit is further separated. |
