Low content of tail water pollutant,is hard to biodegradable,enter the water body will impact on receiving waters ecology and environment.This thesis uses molecular spectrometer gas phase chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method such as analysis of the typical characteristics of organic pollutants in water samples and characterization,and explore the characteristics of organic pollutants in water samples in water treatment process in molecular spectroscopy and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra are presented:the original water and the fluorescence center peak of a certain automobile manufacturer are located in Ex280/Em305nm,Ex345/Em405nm.The fluorescence center peaks of the original water and the effluent in the sample of a sewage plant are located in Ex290/Em355nm,Ex305/Em395nm,Ex340/Em395nm.The fluorescence center peak of the original water of a chemical plant is located at Ex365/Em430nm,and two new fluorescence center peaks Ex305/Em390nm,Ex435/Em515nm are present in the fluorescence spectra of the sample.The results of the infrared spectra showed that the characteristic absorption peak of the original water infrared spectrum of the sample of a certain automobile manufacturer was2854 cm-1,1026 cm-1,and the lack of 2305 cm-1.Compared with the characteristics of the infrared spectrum of the original water in a sewage plant,the absorption peak was 2854cm-1,1026 cm-1,1112 cm-1,and the lack of 2305 cm-1.The infrared spectra of the sample of the three manufacturers are basically consistent,and there are differences only in 2685 cm-1and 1732 cm-1.The results of the comparison between the original water and the characteristics of the infrared spectrogram of a chemical plant in a certain day were:1120cm-1 disappeared,and the rest were reduced.The results of the comparison of the characteristics of the original water and the infrared spectrogram of a sewage plant were:2685 cm-1 disappeared,and the other parts were reduced.One day with chemical plant samples of raw water and effluent of infrared spectrogram characteristic absorption peak contrast results for:2854 cm-1,1112 cm-1,1732 cm-1,788 cm-1,1026 cm-1,2305 cm-1 and896 cm-1 new place,the rest are diminished.The results of GC-MS analysis are:a car factory sample types of alcohol compounds in raw water,up to a total of 11 kinds of compounds peak area percentage up to a total of62.27%,followed by a total of 6 kinds of acid compounds,compounds peak area percentage amounted to 17.48%,at least one kind of amine ether compounds,compounds peak area percentage is 2.1%.A sewage plant samples of raw water of alkanes,alkenes,ketones compounds in a total of 15 species,most species compounds peak area percentage up to a total of 29.96%,the second is altogether 3 ethers compounds,compounds peak area percentage amounted to 11.55%,at least one kind of acid compounds,compounds peak area percentage is 0.77%.One day with chemical raw water sample of alkanes,alkenes,ketones compounds in a total of 15 species,most species compounds peak area percentage up to a total of 29.96%,the second is altogether 3 ethers compounds,compounds peak area percentage amounted to 11.55%,at least one kind of acid compounds,compounds peak area percentage is 0.77%.Three factory water samples after treatment systems:a decline in the general response values of the fluorescence intensity and infrared spectrum,the part of the infrared characteristic absorption peak disappear,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in small amounts of ionic peak disappeared,the overall total ion current response values fell,the characteristics of organic pollutants in the sample after treatment system degradation or conversion.The results of spectrum and GC-MS's characteristic research in a time when characteristic organic matters in tail waters of the chemical factory of daily use are being treated by the treatment process are:?1?The fluorescence central peak located at Ex365/Em430nm is always existing when characteristic organic matters in tail waters are being treated,the position of the peak in the final sedimentation tank slightly shifts and after characteristic organic matters'passing through the Chemical sedimentation tank and aeration tank,the number of fluorescence central peaks becomes two,and the position of those peaks locate respectively at Ex410/Em505nm,Ex290/Em345nm,andthenthepeaksshiftitspositionfrom Ex410/Em505nm,Ex290/Em345nm to Ex435/Em515nm,Ex305/Em390nm little by little.?2?After characteristic organic matters'passing through from the sump-pit to the chemical sedimentation tank,the characteristic absorption peaks 2926cm-1,2685 cm-1of the matters'infrared spectrum disappear and two new characteristic absorption peaks1621cm-1,1501 cm-1 appear.When in the biological contact oxidation pond,the characteristic absorption peaks of infrared spectrum occur nothing while the response values lower themselves.When in the aeration tank,the characteristic absorption peaks located at 2854cm-1,1732 cm-1,1621 cm-1,1501 cm-1,1112 cm-1,1026 cm-1,788 cm-1 disappear and the characteristic absorption peaks 2987 cm-1,2685 cm-1,1421 cm-1,896 cm-1 appear.When in the final sedimentation tank,the characteristic absorption peaks of infrared spectrum occur nothing while the response values lower themselves.?3?In the organic matters detected and recognized by GC-MS of the characteristic organic matters in tail waters:The species and area percentages of amines,acids,benzene and phenols are the least while the species and area percentages of alcohols,alkanes,alkenes and ketones are the most.Amines and heterocyclics only appear in specific treatment processes.Acids disappear at last and the area percentages of alkanes,alkenes and ketones are relatively large and lower themselves in the following processes.As the treatment processes'treating,the components of characteristic organic matters are lowering and the max lowering speed occurs when in chemical sedimentation tank,in which the number and species of alkanes,alkenes and ketones are reducing the most while ethers,esters and alcohols the least.The paper researches the molecular spectroscopy and GC-MS of characteristic organic matters in tail waters,which is the foundation of exploring the components of pollutants in tail waters provides a reference for fast characterizing the pollutants of tail waters and impels the improvement of sewage treatment processes.
