The Analysis Of Affecting Impacts On Environmental Behavior-Based On Structural Equation Model

In recent years,various environmental problems have broken out frequently,and he is not a single social problem,which seriously endangers the quality of human life.All countries develop relevant policies,and all kinds of innovation systems come into bing.Its core lies in the forced control of pollution sources,adopting incentive mechanism of environmental protection,standardizing the legislation and making the legislation perfect in national level,andregulating the behavior of environmental protection in individual level.Since China carried out the reform and opening-up policy,our country develop the economy vigorously and ignored the environment governance,which result in serious environmental situation,so our country should undertake the important task of environmental problems and set up the model of green power worldwide.In residents’ daily life,how to improve environmental protection consciousness,and make theminternalize into environment values of residents,and adjust to make it conform to the social requirement for residents,and promote the occurrence of environmental behavior,are what we going to discuss.Current domestic and international environmental behavior focuses on the influence of individual factors on environmental behavior,and focuses on the internal driving forces of environmental behavior of residents.However,the individual environmental behaviors embedded in social life are also influenced by many external factors.If we research on the environmental behavior of residents,only from individual factors perspective such as environmental concern and environmental knowledge,there will be certain defects.Based on this,social factors are included in the individual factors to further investigate the environmental behavior of Chinese residents.In addition,different from previous studies which just stay in describing statistical phase,this paper adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.First of all,the study analyses the present situation of environmental protection behavior of residents in our country through descriptive statisticalanalysis,。And then we establish structural equation model(SEM),formatpath graphof the factors,which affectenvironment behavior of residents in our country.Base on these phrases,we can learn how much influence these factors have on the environmental behavior and the relationship between these factors.Thus we can put forward more pertinent suggestions and provide more scientific and effective basis on improving the residents’ environmental awareness in our country.This article first expounds the related concepts of environmental behavior,the studies both at home and abroad,comb and evaluate predecessors’ researches,research on related theory of factors of environmental behavior.And then combined with China’s general social survey(CGSS2013)data of residents volume,we determine the measurement of environmental behavior factors.After data filtering and data pre-processing,we screen out the samples of residents’ environmental behavior through SPSS17.0.Finally this study gets 4018 samples after deleting missing case.Adopting the method of structural equation model,and starting from the four indicators,environmental problems cognition,environmental behavior,social interaction and mass media,we,using AMOS17.0,do confirmatory factor analysis.After fitting and correction model step by step,we get ideal model.Some of these indexes are replaced or deleted,because they do not meet the principles of the structural equation model.Based on the previous theoretical research and the construction of the confirmatory factor model,we proposed the structural equation model that we finally need to analyze.according to the results of fitting,social interaction and mass media have a positive effect on environmental behavior,while environmental problems cognition has a negative effect on the environment behavior.Which affect the most is social interaction,and the mass media not only directly affect the environment behavior,also have indirect effects by environment problems cognition.Except Path analysis,this paper also take on multiple groups analysis,the results show that gender,education and urban and rural differences will affect the stability of the model,which illustrate that all of the three adjustment variables have significant adjustment to the model.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward four Suggestions:(1)introduce environmental protection education into the classroom;(2)to carry out an in-depth environmental awareness campaign;(3)the government takes full advantage of the positive guidance of mass media;(4)strengthen environmental protection supervision;...
