Because of the small punch test on the material properties of the experimental technology combines the advantages of nondestructive testing and conventional mechanical performance test,we can association the load-displacement curve obtained by small punch test with the conventional tensile test data to achieve the purpose of testing the mechanical properties of materials,then gradually become the research hot spot?The research of relationship between yield strength and tensile strength at home and abroad has been mature,but the vast majority of research is on the parent material,the research for the weld is not deep enough?In this paper,the rotor and stator material of the main pump of the nuclear power plant are selected,to emphasis the research on the welding seam?Considering the fracture position of weld specimens,so the weld samples were treated differently which one is in the middle of weld specimen,another welding specimen is deviated from the center position?At the same time,combining with the finite element simulation method,to study the mechanical properties of C-276 alloy plate,In this paper,the C-276 nickel base alloy plate is used as the stator and rotor of the main pump of the nuclear power plant,the stator plate 0.42mm,the rotor plate 0.72mm?the main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)Designed and processed the fixture in the small punch test,the fixture can be successfully applied to experiments and get more accurate and reasonable experimental data?(2)In association with the yield strength,the thickness is more reasonable when introduced to the related formula in.In association with the tensile strength,the thickness is more reasonable when introduced to the related formula in Fy/t0 in the small punch test and the conventional tensile test?For the two kinds of weld specimens,it is more reasonable when deviated from the center?(3)The load-displacement curves are similar obtained by the small punch test and the Conventional tensile test which both have several typical stages?The different between the test and simulation is the maximum load values vary greatly and the corresponding maximal displacement?By comparing the fitting correlation equations between the simulative and experimental found the fitting coefficient is very close?(4)The analysis of the conventional fracture tensile test and small punch test analysis shows that the fracture of two samples were ductile fracture,which have a typical dimple?The simulation results show that the fracture location deviates from the center of the specimen,the fracture position of welding seam offset from the center of the weld,consistent with the experimental,and its correlation with experiment is closer to the mechanical properties of samples evaluated by weld off center evaluation materials are more reasonable?...
