In this paper,a method determining nine kinds of common plasticizer in pork based on SPE-GC had been established.In addition,plasticizer residue test was conducted on several common plastic packaging materials.Besides,isooctane,as food simulant,was applied to investigate the general rule of plasticizer migrating to food.What’s more,the migration rule and influence factors were also analyzed.Based on the experiment data of plasticizers migrating from PVC film into meat,the prediction model of DEHP and DEHA was established,respectively.Two ways reducing migration of plasticizer in PVC film were designed.Major research results are as follows:1.The determination of nine kinds of plasticizer in meat was established by SPE-GC.The results showed a good linear relationship(R~2>0.999)within the range of 0.1-50 mg/L.The recoveries of method for pork ranged from 76.42%to 123.10%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=3)of 1.44%-8.75%at two spiked levels.The LODs(S/N=3)for the nine plasticizers ranged from 0.020 mg/kg to 0.036 mg/kg.2.By taking DEHP and DEHA as the objectives,the relationship and influence factors between migration volumes with contact conditions were studied.The results confirmed that migration volumes were influenced by temperature,contact time and fat contents of pork.The migration rate was faster and equilibration time was shorter at the higher temperature.With time prolonging,the migration volumes increased and migration rate decreased.The migration volume related to contents of pork.High fat contents resulted in large volumes when the other conditions were the same.Besides,under the same contact conditions,the order of leaching capacity was frying,baking,cooking and fresh meat.3.Based on the migration experiment data,the relationship between parameters of Weibull distribution with contacting condition was investigated.Then the predicted value of DEHP and DEHA presented by established Weibull model compared with actual value,which showed that the predicted values and experimental values were unity.The model can be applied to predict plasticizers migration from PVC into pork.4.Two ways reducing migration of plasticizers in PVC film were designed.One of them was partial freezing combining ice layer with total inhibition rate of 98.61%,compared with 4degrees centigrade preservation.The other one was soaking treatment with organic solvents in short time,resulting in reducing ninety-three percent of migration volume after soaked for 10minutes by 75%ethanol solution.The two waysimproving safety of PVC wrap filmcan reduce the migration volume to the migration limit required by the national standard.
