| With the increasing development of the oil transportation industry,oil spills occur frequently.Oil leakage bring a great harm to environment.The use of oil-absorbing materials to absorb oil spills is an effective method to do remediation.Although the existing oil-absorbing materials are rich in raw materials and low in price,they cannot meet actual needs because of low oil absorption,low utilization,and difficulty in recycling.With the aim of low-cost,high-efficiency,long-life oil-absorbinmaterials,this paper used a commercial melamine-formaldehyde(MF)foam as a substrate,which was hydrophobically and oleophilic-modified to obtain a highly efficient adsorbent material.The specific research content is as follows:(1)The surface of the MF foam was modified with stearic acid(SA)having a long chain alkane to obtain a hydrophobic and lipophilic SA/MF foam.The effect of SA dosage on the morphology and water contact angle of SA/MF foam was investigated.The water contact angle of SA/MF foam was as high as 147°,and the adsorption capacity of various oils and organic solutions reached 22-38 wt/wt.The flame retardancy of the SA/MF foam was investigated by means of a direct open flame.The results show that the foam has good flame retardancy.(2)With magnetic Fe3O4 micro-nanoparticles,the surface roughness of MF foam on the basis of the original SA modification was increased,and make the SA@Fe3O4/MF foam have magnetic response performance.A one-step coprecipitation preparation method was proposed.The influence of different SA@Fe3O4 content was discussed and the best preparation conditions were obtained.The results of water contact angle(WCA)and oil absorption rate tests show that the hydrophobicity and oil absorption performance of the SA@Fe3O4/MF foam prepared on the surface were improved compared to the SA/MF foam.The water contactangle of the SA@Fe3O4/MF foam reached 156° and the oil absorption ratio was 38-80 wt/wt.SA@Fe3O4/MF foam also has good cycle performance.(3)RGO/MF foams were prepared using a hydrothermal reduction method.A small amount of RGO can make the MF foam achieve hydrophobic property.In addition to superhydrophobicity,selectivity,and cycle performance,RGO/MF foams also have a large oil absorption capacity and the adsorption capacity reached 73-134 wt/wt. |
