| Spiral bevel gear machining center has its structure and the complexity and particularity,the motion relation between cutter and workpiece is complex,the machining accuracy and the influence factors of smoothness is more,so the requirement for numerical control system is particularly high.At present our country most of the spiral bevel gear machining center uses is usually in general nc system,the function of the special machine tool complete processing software system is rich or not,degree of easy to operate in a certain extent determines the special machine tool performance,therefore it is necessary for general cnc user interface development and functional modules of the system.The main contents of this paper are:(1)The classification and processing methods of spiral bevel gears are studied.In this paper,the parameters of spiral bevel gear are divided into four types: gear parameters,tool parameters,machine parameters,process parameters.(2)Combined with the operating system platform and hardware platform of the Heidenhain iTNC530 numerical control system,the function analysis of the overall page set of the machine interface system software for the special machine tool was carried out.The main functional modules,such as gear processing,3d simulation,TCA and online optimization,are designed to build the overall structure diagram and the overall page of the man-machine interface system software.(3)Developed the gear processing module,3d simulation module and TCA module through the Python language and the Heidenhain related tools,and embedded the development function page set into the original interface of heidhan.(4)Through the research on the Heidenhain optimization principle,Heidenhain integrated oscilloscope is used to optimize the machine tool.Finally,it is proved that the machine interface system software has the capability of actual machining gear,and basically meets the actual machining requirements of gear. |
