| Snoring is a very common sleep breathing phenomenon in daily life.According to incomplete statistics of related organizations,more than 30% of adults in China have snoring phenomenon.Sleeping snoring is an abnormal sleep breathing phenomenon,which not only affects other people’s sleep,but also has a serious impact on their own health.Generally speaking,long-term snoring or severe snoring people are often associated with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS),whose symptoms will cause a standing hindered breath and to a decrease in oxygen content in blood.Hypoxemia can also induce hypertension,coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular disease and other complications,and even arise sudden death at night.At present,treat for snoring is mainly through the graph monitoring system to diagnose the symptoms of sleep.But it has two disadvantages: One is that the facilities are complex and very expensive,so they will not be widely used by potential sleep apnea syndrome patients to diagnose and treat their snoring problem timely;The second is that polysomnography(PSG)monitoring is an "invasive" monitoring equipment,which needs to connect with multiple parts of the body with a catheter,easily making patients uncomfortable.In order to solve the problem above,this paper presented a design of an intelligent Anti Snore pillow.And hardware and software of the whole system are introduced in detail,where the hardware consists of two parts,including pillow side equipment and a pillow;Then detection and recognition of snoring as well as assessment of snore signal makes up the software.As for the hardware part,this paper gives a detailed introduction to each part of the design,including every constitute,selection of components,and the role and work of every part and the detailed circuit principle diagram.The software part can complete the work of detection and recognition of snoring through the application of sound signal endpoint detection,feature extraction and classification algorithm for non snore and snore signal.Through the performance of sleep apnea syndrome in clinical and analysis of users’ night snoring signals,assessment of snoring signals can be realized.The simulation test results show that the system has a very high recognition rate for snoring signal and good effect on anti snoring.To summary up,an intelligent anti snoring pillow can be designed to detect and analysis snore signals of users,without disturbing their sleep at night.During the course,signal detection and speech processing technology,embedded technology,and application of snore recognition algorithm are applied.Through which the pillow can determine whether the user is suffering from sleep apnea,driving the air pump to charge and discharge air in internal pillow,so as to adjust the users’ head position to reduce snoring DB effect and even stop snoring. |
