| With the overseas "Industry 4.0" national strategy and the domestic "Made in China 2025" production development plan have been put forward,all areas of industrial manufacturing are accelerating the transformation and upgrading to adapt to the future industrial development trends.The welding manufacturing industry has played a key role in the previous industrial revolution,especially in the industrial manufacturing industry,and has promoted the development of the entire manufacturing industry.Under this background,new and higher requirements have been put forward for the development of the welding industry.That is to say,relying on the development of information technology,the welding manufacturing technology is moving towards the road of intelligence.At this stage,on-line monitoring of the arc welding process is an important research direction for welding intelligent technology.As we all know,the welding process is very complex,there are many influencing factors,many parameters and principles of change in the welding process is not fully understood.In order to obtain welding process information and judge welding arc stability,the current methods and means are through complex experiments,which will result in lack of timeliness in the results,will not be conducive to a wide range of production practices,and will affect the production efficiency,or The collection process is cumbersome and the software involved is complex.It is difficult for the general person to complete the entire collection process.Based on the electrical signal data in the welding process,this paper developed a multi-function welding process monitoring system based on real-time information.The system is divided into two parts: hardware and software.The role of the hardware part is to collect the voltage and current signals of the welding process in real time,and transmit the data to the control computer for analysis.The main function of the software is to process the collected current and voltage signals.Statistical analysis of electrical signals is performed using statistical methods to provide index parameters for arc welding quality analysis.At the same time,the software has a friendly interface and operational logic.The system has the characteristics of high degree of integration,convenient installation and operation and real-time acquisition.The system can be applied to online assessment of welding process stability and training of welding operators. |
