Avehicle-mounted CoalbedMethane(CBM)fracturing pump is one of the core equipment of the fracturing and exploitation process.It is mainly used to exploit the CBM orderlyin the coal mine,and mayavoid the gas explosion,then the gasexploitedcan be used efficiently,the waste becomes treasure.Generally,the vehicle-mounted CBM fracturing pump is used in coal mine,its working space is small and it is loaded on movable rail vehicle.As a result,it is requested that its structure must be very compact,and its load-bearing capacity must be very high with the big unit power weight ratio of whole machine.Especially,the one-way valve,as the moving parts of pump hydraulic component,has short life because of thebad working conditions,such as small size,high flow ability request,high operating frequency,high fluid pressure,and also some solid particlesetc.in the fluid.Due to different manufacturers and differentworking conditionsetc.,the one-way vale's life is different.It is caused by the failure of the pump one-way valve,and there are many different failureforms.According to statistical data,there are eight main failureforms.It is concluded that the one-way valve life in China is shorter than that of the ordinary industry standard,and the reason caused is guide fracture failure.Therefore,it takes one-way valve as the research objectin this study,the failure reasonis analyzed and investigated,then it puts forward the improvement plan,so as to avoid the failure to improve the life of the one-way valve.(1)By completing thephysical and chemical analysis on the material of one-way valve,itanalyses the influence of the material composition and heat treatment on the guide fracture and life.(2)Bymodal analysis,including theoretical calculation,finite element simulation and actual test,and spring frequency analysis,Whether the working frequency of the pump one-way valve is in the range of the resonance frequency range of the system is studied.furthermore,the effect is analyzed to the guide fracture about one-way valves.(3)By analysis on working principle,the finite element model of the one-way valve systemis established usingABAQUS software for analyzing the force in collision process,then it also analyze the influence of stress caused in collision process on short life caused by guide fracture failure using the model.(4)Summarizing the above analysis results,such as the physical and chemical analysis,modal analysis and collision analysis,it puts forward to the suggestion improving the structure between the valve plate and guide joint,more specifically,the structure is improved by increasing the fillet radius R,it will help to reduce the stress of the one-way valvein working process,avoid guide fracture and improve the life of the one-way valve.In addition,by analyzing the effect to improved products,it gives the scheme with best effect.(5)Through both plant simulation test and userfield test,it verifies that the one-way valve improved can solve the guide fracture failure problemand also the life of one-way is improved and achieves the industry average standard.
