From August to November of 2017,the author studied the acute toxic effects of 6-7types of pollutants from the petrochemical industry on Nibea japonica,Ruditapes pHilippinarum and E.carinicauda.From November 2017 to February 2018,the author studied the migration and transformation of benzene, toluene, and ethylbenzene in water and sediments. The above experiments are used to evaluate the toxicity of toxicants to marine organisms and their transport in the environment, and to provide a reference for the assessment of petrochemical pollution accidents. In this paper, the acute toxic effects of characteristic pollutants in the petrochemical industry on three marine organisms were studied with reference to the standard method. The toxicity of the six petrochemical characteristic pollutants to the Nibea japonica was determined using the probit method to determine the order of the toxicity:ethylbenzene>p-xylene>o-xylene>m-xylene>toluene>benzene,96hLC500 values were 35.7,41.5,41.7,43.1,75.7,138.4 mg/L;the toxicities of seven petrochemical characteristic contaminants to Ruditapes pHilippinarum were:ethylbenzene>m-xylene>o-xylene>p-xylene>toluene>trichloromethane>benzene;with 96h LC50 values of 53.8,61.4,62.9,66.2,69.3,128.5,137.7 mg/L;the toxicities of seven petrochemical characteristic contaminants to E.carinicauda were:ethylbenzene>m-xylene>p-xylene>o-xylene>toluene>trichloromethane>benzene,and the 96hLC500 values were 10.6,11.0,12.0,12.0,29.7,33.2mg/L.The test poison is highly toxic to the test organism and the test organism has a higher tolerance to the test virus. The 96hLC50 of the test organism was significantly associated with the test poison KOW.The larger the test poison KOW,the smaller the96hLC50 value of the test organism and the greater the toxicity of the poison. In this paper, the results of transport and transformation of benzene, toluene and ethylbenzene in water and sediment show that:when the salinity is 20 and pH is 10,the test sample is relatively large. In the short term, the migration and transformation of poison in water is obvious, but in water and sediment is relatively small.Test poison pollution will have a certain impact on marine organisms in the short term.
