| With the development of mechanical manufacturing technology,the requirement of deep hole processing technology is more and more high in practical engineering,especially in the industries with high maching accuracy requirement,such as aerospace manufacturing,weapon,petroleum,and coal mine etc.As one of the main cutting tools in deep hole machining,boring tool has a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of deep hole machining.It is necessary to study how to suppress the vibration in deep hole machining.In the deep hole boring process,it is difficult to find an effective inhibition method for self-excited vibration(chatter),and chatter affects the workpiece’s machining accuracy,production efficiency and tool life.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study chatter in the process of boring.Aiming at how to suppress chatter,this paper designs a kind of double layer boring bar structure with non-linear non-linear damping groover,which uses cutting fluid to increase damping at the non-linear damping groove slot to suppress chatter in boring.The research results have certain theoretical significance to engineering application.Firstly,the vibration of the tool system and the mechanism of the chatter in the cutting process are analyzed,and the dynamic model of deep hole boring and the dynamic drilling force during flutter occurrence are analyzed and calculated.Secondly,the double-layer boring bar structure of the non-linear damping groove is designed by using the theory of fluid damping technology,and the flow field mechanics model and the dynamic simulation model of the deep hole boring system are established.Fluent and Simulink are used to simulate the fluid in the flow field and the dynamics in the deep hole boring to verify the vibration reduction effect of the non-linear vibrationabsorber.The simulation results show that the double-layer boring bar structure with non-linear damping groove can effectively suppress the chatter,and the damping effect is further improved after the optimization of the structure.Finally,the vibration monitoring system is established on the T68 horizontal boring machine,and the dynamic test experiment verification of the boring process is carried out.Through the vibration signals collected,the vibration performance of the double-layer boring bar with the non-linear damping groove and the ordinary boring bar is compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the double-layer boring bar of non-linear damping groove has obvious effect on the flutter in deep hole boring,and its amplitude is reduced by about 30%. |
