With the wide application of micro-hole parts in the manufacturing industry,the processing precision and surface performance requirements are getting higher and higher,the traditional processing technology is difficult to carry out an effective finishing process,and the emergence of abrasive flow processing technology is very good.Solved this problem.Abrasive flow processing technology is a new process with high efficiency and adaptability,also known as extrusion honing technology.In the abrasive flow processing process,the viscosity polymer carrier medium is mixed with suitable abrasive particles.Under the action of external pressure,the work-piece has complex tooth shapes or cavities,and the inner surface thereof is repeatedly impacted and impacted to achieve the inner surface thereof.Polishing.Abrasive flow processing technology is very effective for general tools such as concave surfaces and curved channels,and complex shapes that cannot be achieved with abrasive tools.This polishing technique can make polishing and grinding of work-piece with irregular holes more convenient and uniform,especially in gas and liquids.The inside of the conducting tube is mirror-polished so that the grinding marks and the fluid pass through in the same direction,which effectively improves the performance,quality and service life of the grinding tools or work-piece.The degree of finish is mirror grade,and the mirror processing can be controlled between 04.0~1.0amR ?.The surface roughness of the oil passage hole of the pump body of the single pump directly influences the oil output of the single pump,and the precision machining of the oil passage hole has always been a difficulty in the processing of the single pump.The use of abrasive flow processing technology to process high precision holes in the pump body can obtain a good surface and fillet quality,an ideal surface roughness and a high processing efficiency.In view of this,this paper takes the electronic control unit pump oil passage hole as the research object,and carries on the research of the abrasive grain flow processing technology.The main research contents of this article mainly include:(1)The characteristics of abrasive grain flow polishing are summarized,the mechanism of abrasive grain flow polishing is studied,the force condition of a single abrasive grain is analyzed,the cutting deformation model of the material in the machining process is derived,and the flow model of abrasive is established.And the fluid flow characteristics were analyzed.(2)A simplified model of the electronic control unit pump work-pieces was established.The ICEM mesh software was used to divide the mesh.The fluid mechanics software FLUENT was used to obtain the oil passage holes with different viscosity,different volume fractions,different pressures,and different incident angles.The internal static pressure,dynamic pressure,wall shear force,and turbulent kinetic energy distribution cloud map,through the comparison of these distribution cloud diagrams obtained under different conditions,obtained the polishing effect of different processing parameters on the high pressure oil passage hole of the electronic control unit pump.Influence the law,provide some guidance for the later experimental design.(3)The principle of orthogonal experiment method was studied.Based on this principle,the experimental scheme of abrasive flow machining was designed and experimental research was carried out to verify the correctness of simulation.
