Transparent ceramics are widely used in transparent armor, infrared windows, laser materials, and high-pressure halogen lampshades because of their excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and good chemical stability. In recent years, the study of the performance of transparent ceramics is no longer limited to its optical properties, but tends to study the new materials combining optical properties with other properties such as thermal, acoustic electrical, and magnetic properties. In this paper, ceramic powders were prepared by co-precipitation method, then Al2O3 transparent ceramics were prepared by vacuum sintering technology, the process parameters of ceramic powders were optimized, and the microstructure and magnetic properties of Fe-doped alumina transparent ceramics were studied. The effect of optical properties and the effect of MgO sintering aids on the microstructure of Cr:Al2O3 ceramics.Al2O3 ceramics powders were prepared by Co-precipitation method. The influence of positive and negative dripping, precipitant and dispersant on the precursor, and the effect of sintering temperature on the powder were studied. The results showed that ammonium bicarbonate was used as a precipitating agent and PEG2000 and ammonium sulfate were used together as a dispersant to prepare precursors under reversed-drip conditions. The powders were uniform in morphology and good in dispersibility. The precursors were nanometer-scale after heat treatment at 1200?.?-Al2O3 ceramic powder.0.07-5 wt%Fe-doped ?-Al2O3 ceramic powders were prepared by co-precipitation method. The effects of vacuum sintering holding time and sintering temperature on the microstructure of the ceramics were studied. The microstructure and properties of Fe2O3 transparent ceramics were also studied.Impact.The results show that with the increase of Fe content in ceramics, the number of pores in the ceramic first decreases and then increases, and the grain size continues to increase. The Fe:Al2O3 transparent ceramics doped with 0.15 wt%Fe and sintered at 1750 ? for 8 h have a total light transmittance of over 80%in the 300-800 nm band. The saturation magnetization of ceramics also increases with increasing Fe content. The influence of 0.05-0.15 wt%Mgo sintering aids on the microstructure of Cr:Al2O3 transparent ceramics was studied, and the phase of MgO on Cr:Al2O3 transparent ceramics was studied by changing the doping amount of Cr in Cr:Al2O3 transparent ceramics.influences.Studies have shown that MgO as a sintering aid can inhibit Cr:Al2O3 grain growth, with the increase of Cr content, excess Cr can react with the sintering aid MgO to form a new phase.
