| Compressors are an indispensable and important equipment in the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas transportation industries. It plays a key role in the transportation of natural gas.Among various parts of the compressor, the piston rod is a relatively weak component. Therefore, the operation of the compressor piston rod is the key to ensure the normal operation of the compressor. This project mainly analyzes the mechanical properties of the piston rod with a natural gas compressor failure at a compressor station of the Jingxi line.First,it tests the mechanical properties of the failure piston rod, including macroscopic observation, tensile test, stamping test, and roughness.Degree of measurement, through the experimental method to verify whether the rod material meets the material requirements.Secondly, due to the installation error, the piston experiences radial additional load, and the error of the piston rod with different dimensions is affected by the additional load, and the relationship between the dimensional deviation and the additional load is obtained. Finally, the software simulates the stress distribution of the piston rod under inertial load, pressure load and additional load during the working process to obtain the stress concentration of the piston rod and the additional load to cause the deformation of the piston rod,and measure it with a coordinate measuring machine. The bending amount is compared with the result of the finite element analysis, and the accuracy of the simulation is verified by experiments. After software simulation and experimental verification,it is shown that the additional load caused by the dimensional deviation can cause the piston rod to bend. |
