Often appear in the process of oil exploitation,complex formation of deep Wells with high pressure oil and gas Wells,in order to smooth implementation of production safety work,not kick,blowout accident,must give back pressure of bottom hole large enough to balance the formation pressure,this process is done by the kill operation,and throttle valve as the main components of well control on the throttle manifold,its performance is directly related to success or failure of the kill.At present,there are needle throttle valves and wedge-shaped throttle valves in the field,but each of them has different defects,which makes it very easy to fail in the field application.To this end,this paper proposes two different wedge of throttle valve core structure,the erosion wear numerical simulation method,the combination of theory and FLUENT analysis of different variables on two different erosion law of wedge throttle valve core structure,so as to get a better a wedge of throttle,provide certain reference for field application.Firstly,the influence factors of erosion wear theory and erosion wear are analyzed,and the corresponding erosion model is established.Second numerical simulation software used to do the corresponding profile,and select the set parameters:when the numerical simulation by using the standard k-epsilon model of convection item,Second Order Upwind discrete format,pressure gradient of PRESTO! Format and pressure velocity coupling SIMPLEC algorithm;The geometric model of the required calculation is set up again and the grid is divided.Then,a grid independent verification analysis is conducted.Finally,numerical simulation analysis is carried out.By single-phase flow field numerical analysis,the structure of B wedge throttle control pressure regulating characteristics is slightly worse than A wedge throttle valve structure,through liquid-solid two phase flow field numerical simulation analysis,the structure of wedge throttle B erosion wear rate is lower than A wedge throttle valve structure.By comprehensive comparison,the B-structure wedge-shaped throttle valve is optimized.
