| The oil and gas mixed transportation technology is a key technology for the full utilization of associated gas in oil fields.However,for remote stations with complex terrain,because of the long distance between the gathering and transmission pipelines and the large variations in terrain,the flow conditions in the mixed transmission pipelines are complicated,making it difficult to design the oil and gas mixed transmission technology and ensure the stable operation of the pipeline.Associated gas is wasted because it cannot be used,and it seriously pollutes the local natural environment.This paper summarizes the mathematical model and process calculation method of gas-liquid two-phase pipe flow,introduces the transient multiphase flow simulation software OLGA’s calculation method and flow regime discriminating method,and use OLGA software to conduct the steady state and transient state simulation for oil-gas multi-phase flow transportation by crude oil pipeline from Sha 11 boosting station to Huang 12 transfer station in Enan oil and gas area.In the steady-state simulation of the multiphase pipeline,study the interaction effect of transmission parameters,such as pressure,temperature,liquid hold-up,are analyzed based on numerical calculation results,and the flow patterns in the multiphase pipeline are predicted and studied the flow pattern distribution in the multiphase pipeline.In the transient simulation of the multiphase pipeline,the transient process such as slug flow,initial startup of the pipeline,flow transient and the shutdown and restart of pipeline,are simulated,and analyze the change of operating parameters such as pressure and temperature in the multiphase pipeline during these transient process.In order to meet the requirements of oil-gas mixture transportation,the process flow of the booster station at the starting point of the pipeline needs to be reconstructed.By analyzing the problems faced by the reformation of the booster station and the simulation results of the multiphase pipeline,study the process transformation of the booster station at the starting point of the pipeline,guide the reformation of the booster station and the commissioning of the multiphase pipeline,and achieve a better application effect. |
