Activated sludge process is a widespread and effective traditional sewage treatment process. It is one of the main methods in the current sewage treatment field, but this method will lead to the production of a large amount of excess sludge.Excess sludge is a by-product of wastewater treatment.Due to its large volume, high moisture content, complex components, and high processing costs, improper treatment will cause extremely serious pollution to the surrounding soil, water, and air.The excess sludge contains a large amount of humic acid, fulvic acid and other resource materials. How to effectively dissolve the excess sludge and break up the excess sludge is the focus of experimental research for the dissolution of these resource materials. In this paper, the excess sludge after pressure filtration in a sewage treatment plant in Ganzhou City was taken as the research object.Combined with the advantages of ozone and ultrasonic, the effect of ozone-assisted ultrasonic soaking on the excess sludge was studied. The effects of ozone and ultrasound on the lysis of excess sludge were studied, and the mechanism of lysis of excess sludge by the combined process was initially analyzed. The mechanism of lysis of excess sludge by the combined process was initially analyzed.?1?The analysis of the physicochemical properties of the remaining sludge used in the experiment revealed that the excess sludge was mainly composed of bacterial micelles and contained a large amount of EPS.The MLSS,humic acid, fulvic acid, protein, polysaccharides, and ammonia nitrogen were 21619,280.27,9.78,103.82,39.81,129.49,40.5mg/L,SVI 280.27 ml/g,and SV30 69 ml/L.?2?Using the COD dissolution rate as an evaluation index,a comparative experiment of ozone alone, ultrasound alone, and a combined process was performed. The results showed that the COD dissolution rate of ozone alone was 43.99%,the COD dissolution rate of ultrasonic alone was 42.91%,the dissolution rate of combined process COD was 57.28%,and the combined process effect was the best when the excess sludge concentration was 21619mg/L.?3?Using ozone and ultrasonic disintegrate the excess sludge and perform the optimal experimental study. The results showed that under the conditions of ozone concentration of89.96 mg/L,ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz,and power of 600 W,the MLSS of the excess sludge decreased by 6918 mg/L,the reduction rate reached 31.99%,and the TOC decreased by 101.83 mg/60 min.L,the reduction rate was 76.04%,and the content of soluble organic matter?SCOD?,protein, polysaccharide, humic acid, fulvic acid, and ammonia nitrogen in sludge supernatant increased by 372.58%,243.58%,203.95%,976.99%,243.63%and47.65%.?4?Experiments were conducted on the SVI and SV30 of the excess sludge under optimal conditions. The results showed that the combined process can change the sedimentation performance of the sludge and improve the dewatering performance of the excess sludge and the pH of the treated excess sludge is slightly acidic. This excessl sludge treatment technology has obvious lysis effect and has guiding significance for the treatment of excess sludge.?5?The kinetics of the excess sludge was studied by ozone synergetic ultrasonic process. With the help of optical microscope and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrophotometer, the results showed that the sludge morphology changed from lumps to granules under the light microscope; The three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum shows that the dissolved substances are mainly humic acid-like substances, and their concentrations show a process from low to high and then low,and the humic acids have the strongest spectral profile at 60minutes.As the effect of time increases, the spectrum gradually weakens.
