This dissertation mainly studied the removal of thiophene from the gasoline by using the unsupported Reactive Adsorption Desulfurization(RADS)adsorbent,and investigated the desulfurization performance of the adsorbent prepared by hydrothermal method and coprecipitation process in the laboratory-made fixed-bed reactor.What is more,the adsorbent which was prepared by coprecipitation method using 5 different drugs(K2CO3,NaOH,KOH,Na2CO3 and H2C2O4)as precipitants was also tested in the same fixed-bed reactor.Finally,the sorbent with long service life and strong regeneration ability was successfully developed.In this paper,XRD,BET,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD and other characterization method was used to explore the influence caused by the different preparation methods and different precipitation agents on the physical structure and chemical properties of adsorbent,and the analysis result was related to the desulfurization performance.The characterization results showed that the sorbent prepared by coprecipitation method had narrower BJH pore size,more specific surface area and total pore volume,smaller active phase crystallite size,so the desulfurization activity of sorbent prepared by coprecipitation method was greater.The precipitation agent undoubtedly had effect on the specific surface area,total pore volume,BJH average pore size,active phase crystallite size,activie phase dispersion and acidity of the adsorbent.Compared with the rest of the precipitation agent,the adsorbent prepared by using H2C2O4 as the precipitant had the most specific surface area and total pore volume,the smallest crystallite size,the best dispersion of active phase and the strongest acidity,so the adsorbent prepared by H2C2O4 as the precipitating agent showed the strongest desulfurization activity.The effect of the distribution ratio of the active group on the adsorbent was also investigated.By adjusting the factors such as pre-reduction temperature,reaction temperature and regeneration temperature,the process conditions of pre-reduction,reaction and regeneration of adsorbent were optimized,and the desulfurization kinetics of adsorbent towards the Thiophene-n-octane simulated oil was further explored.
