Nesting drilling is a special drilling method in deep hole machining.It is difficult to observe the machining process,chip removal and tool wear.Titanium alloy is a typical refractory material with high intensity ratio and low thermal conductivity.It is of great significance to solve the technical problems in the process of titanium alloy nesting processing to promote the wide application of titanium alloy materials.In this paper,TC4 titanium alloy deep hole nesting drilling technology is taken as the research object.First through to the titanium alloy(TC4)deep-hole machining system,tool failure mode of the nesting,chip morphology,cutting fluid flow and the finite element analysis of several aspects,such as nesting drill pipe is analyzed respectively;Combining processing experience to design and produce deep hole drill a nesting,using outside chipless machining system for under different cutting parameters for TC4 titanium alloy cutting experiment research,in the process for producing factors,which affect the chip deformation and cutting tool wear process were analyzed,and determined the main influence factors,puts forward the main measures of problem solving.Experimental results show that using this topic design the nesting drill inγ0=7°,α0=12°,kr=80°,λs=0°,Wn为(2.53.8)mm,Hn为(0.51)mm,Rn为(0.50.8)mm,cutting parameters as:rotate speed n=110 r/min,feed rate the f/r=0.2mm and cutting fluid flow Q=250 L/min,the optimum processing effect,the highest machining efficiency,and can reduce the waste of materials.
