| At present,in the context of the integration of industrial IOT and smart sensors with traditional manufacturing industry,it is imperative to integrate the technology of IOT into the monitoring of the welding machines.It is imperative to solve the monitoring problem of welding process with information technology and network technology.Based on smart sensors and network technology,this paper devotes to development the welding quality management system for digital welding machine that integrates monitoring and control functions to meet the actual needs of the welding industry.In the course of the study,a set of hardware and software based on the MOTT protocol,Wi-Fi network,the STM32F4 series micro-controllers and the ThinkPHP software framework are established.The system can be logically divided into three parts:the communication module,the application server and the client monitoring software.A set of the welding quality management system for digital welding machine is development,which can meet the needs of the real-time acquisition of the key parameters with the modules of user login,basic information management,welding process management,history data view and data report generation.Tests show that the system is stable and has a certain value of use. |
