Composite materials with excellent properties are continuously emergeing,which replace traditional metal or nonmetal materials used in the processes of product manufacturing,and have been used widely in a lot of industries as composite material science and technology develop and advance rapidly.Low smoke and zero halogen inflaming retarding materials are a new one of composite materials,and can be used mainly in the manufacturing of cables.B Company is a high-tech and medium and small firm,which researchs and developes,produces and sales professionally composite materials.Low smoke and zero halogen inflaming retarding materials are one of its main product projects.However,because of the lack of risk analysis and control for the new material compounding processes,it has leaded to the excessive consumption of raw materials,the frequent reductions of product qualities and a lot of complaints from its many customers.These influence seriously the fame and image of the company.The paper issues the risk analysis and control of the compounding processes for the low smoke and zero halogen inflaming retarding(LSZHIR)material project in B company in order to help the company to master the features of the compounding processes for composite material project risk management and to determine the effective risk control strategies and measures of risk factors in the project implement.Firstly,the risk factors of the four stages,including the picking material stage,preparatory stage,compounding stage and its different links,and end stage in LSZHIR material project of the company,are recognized systematically by the application of the approaches that called man,machine,method material and environment.Secondly,by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the hierarchy structure of the risk factors on the four stages and their links are builded,and the relative importances on these factors are analyzed and evaluated in the framework of AHP.And then,the results of these factor sequences are made clearly in the paper.Finally,the coping strategies,and coping measures,check work tables and their implements about the risk factor control of the processes in the company are presented.The researche results in the paper have very important application values to constructing the effective and whole risk management and control system for LSZHIR material project in B company to reduce raw material wasteage and increases product qualities.And they provide distinctly helpful references for the risk analysis and management decision of the compounding processes for other composite material projects.
