The waste oil-based drilling fluid produced by the use of oil-based drilling fluid belongs to a kind of hazardous waste and cannot be recycled,and it has become one of the wastes which is harmful to the environment and has high yield in the process of oil exploration and exploitation.However,most of the available methods have some limitations.Faced with the new waste oil-based drilling fluid,the study of new technologies is urgently needed.Aim at the waste water-in-oil oil-based drilling fluid and in the way of chemical demulsification method,this paper analysis the components and content of heavy metals in the waste water-in-oil oil-based drilling fluid.Research results show that the main pollutant in the waste oil-based drilling fluid is oils which accounts for 32.25% and has environment risks.Particularly,there are a large number of recoverable resources in the oils.Based on the pollutant characteristics of the waste water-in-oil oil-based drilling fluid analysis,a novel demulsifying agent(GSP-1),which has a high cloud point and strong surface activity,was designed and synthesized after the study on the difficulties in demulsification.The recovery rate of the oil-based drilling fluid can reach 83.32% in the use of the GSP-1.On the basis of the new demulsifying agent,a technology about the demulsification and oil collection of water-in-oil oil-based drilling fluid was produced,which could improve the oil collection rate of the waste fluid to 91.07 % after disposed.At the same time,the study and analysis on disposing the waste water and residue was done and a technology on flocculating and oxidizing the waste water and solidifying the waste solids was produced.The main indices,for example the leaching solution from the disposed solids,oils and heavy metals from the disposed water and so on,meet the two level standard of ?Integrated Emission Standard of Pollutants?.Finally,we achieved the recovery and maximum utilization of resources,leading to good environmental and economic benefits.
