In recent years,the oil and gas exploration is gradually transferred to unconventional and low permeability field.The technology of horizontal well and extended-reach well can greatly increase reservoir production rate and recovery efficiency,which has become the important technical support for efficient development of oil and gas layer.However,in the course of drilling,the back pressure became prominent that the bit pressure can’t impose on the drill,causing lower drilling speed and efficiency.The development of torsional pendulum and drag reduction of Top Drive System has brought new hope to solve the problem.Foreign companies such as schlumberger and CanRig respectively developed their own Top Drive System and have been applied successfully in the scene.But at present the Top Drive System technology of torsional pendulum and drag reduction is not yet mature and it still rely on the experience for torque limit and torsional Angle in the process of operation.There are a great error compared to the actual mine situation and lead to the torsional pendulum of Top Drive System can’t play the best results in the premise of safety.After researching the literature at home and abroad,the author established a kind of torque and drag calculation model for the technology of torsional pendulum and drag reduction.In addition,this paper based on this to develop a software for analyzing torque and drag and formulate the implementation process of the closed-loop technology of torsional pendulum and drag reduction.It applied the software on Daqing density oil field 26-P1 Well and D202 Well and got a smaller error of test result compared to the real result.It conformed to the requirements of the actual drilling operation,which can safely and efficiently guide the work of torsional pendulum and drag reduction and solve the back pressure problem in the process of slide drilling. |
