High angle deviated well has become the widest well type in Bohai offshore oil field,and hole cleaning is one of restriction elements for efficient drilling.This article analyse the elements that affect throughput effectiveness of high angle deviated well,based on home and abroad research.According to the analysis of information of JinZhou25-1 oilfield,this text summary the major reason of throughput difficult through geologic and engineering factor.In order to research the cuttings transfer regular pattern systematically,this article draw up an experiment combining field process,considering the influence of mud characteristic,annular rapid,eccentricity between drill tool and wellbore,drilling rate comprehensively.The experiment shows: annular rapid,mud characteristic have a bigger influence of throughput effectiveness.Aiming to the reason of throughput difficulty,the article accomplished the research of throughput effectiveness technology optimization based on the foundation of interior simulated experiment.Therein comes to feasible drilling fluid parameter fitting different position and finish the optimization of drilling fluid characteristic.This article accomplish casing program optimization in view of oilfield geology feature,and design feasible casing layer to reduce throughput difficulty degree.Optimizing the cuttings bed clearer and back reaming centering device combining oilfield operation feature,forming a mechanically throughput method.This outcome throughput effectiveness drilling technology has been applied to 12 wells in dichophase drilling operation,and make preferable effectiveness as saving drilling period for 19%.
